Five Guys is famous for their burgers and fries. Of course, fries do not fit well into my low carb approach, but if we assume we can allow some saturated fat from beef patties, can we still have a healthy meal in Five Guys? Of course! Here's how.
Avoid

- burger buns
- hot dog buns
Get
- bowl
- veggies
- peanuts, of course!
My go-to item in Five Guys
– Can I have a cheeseburger, no bun, in a bowl. Pickles, tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, and extra patty, please.
Now go eat some peanuts while they're preparing your bowl. Peanuts are high in unsaturated fats, and yummy!
The bowl I'm getting there is actually a great meal! The best thing about it is that it does not affect your glucose level at all, whatsoever. The small increase on the picture is just within the error margins.
