Making Sense of Type 2 Diabetes

I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2024, and since then, I spent a lot of time figuring out how blood glucose works for me. I'm not a doctor and cannot give advice, but I want to share the information that I figured out in hope it will help you manage your blood sugar in the same way it helped me.

The first point is where I got my type 2 diagnosis, and the second point is less than a year after, after adjusting my diet and controlling my blood sugar, and no medications at all.

On this website I'll share how I achieved this. The two major things I'm going to talk about are Continuous Glucose Monitoring and Low Carb Diet.
